It is like a storm of bad luck and then it suddenly changes again and everything is normal and I feel like the cards are taking a random and legitimate walk again. AA will mean certain death because they will get cracked. It is like the players are on steroids and only know how to push over you. Every shove gets called, every player plays back, every board rivers me, every AK loses on me and I can't hit a flop. And then in the blink of an eye the whole game changes and every hand predictably goes against me. One day everything is going smoothly, there will be bad beats, but I will give bad beats, I will win my fair share of coin flips and I will get as lucky as I get unlucky. What surprises me about this flow of events is that it seems to happen at a discrete point. I've had a string of 8ths, 9ths, 12ths all because I can't get that vital double up.
